Swirl started in November 2025 with the idea of supplying hand rolled, freshly baked cinnamon buns to local coffee shops in my hometown of Norwich.

Since then, we’ve grown steadily thanks to the support of our customers and the fantastic independent businesses we’re lucky enough to work with. Swirl buns are now stocked in 30+ cafes across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

Swirl has always been about more than just buns. It’s about adding to the local community, supporting small businesses and creating something people genuinely enjoy.

My focus is simple: to keep making delicious high quality buns, ensuring each bun that leaves the bakery is as good as the last.

We’ve got plenty of exciting plans for the future and I’m so grateful to everyone who has supported Swirl so far.
